My friend Rebecca sent me an email today that touched my heart and reminded me to improve my temper and strive every day to be a better person. Since the story tied to the message is hard to read and not become angry yourself, I decided just to post the message, which is the most important part.

Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits they become character;
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny."
Certainly part of the inspiration you radiate towards others comes from the friends you keep. There is truth to watching your thoughts as in the end they really do become your destiny.
