I think I may have shared this note from Ira Glass once before here on this little blog, but today it is feeling especially pertinent. This is something I need to remember when developing creative works for my shop, or even simple sewing projects for myself. The more I complete the better I will get and the more confidence I will have in my abilities. I hope this little note is helpful to some of you as well. Happy Tuesday!

Hang in there! Even the things we are good at we once were not good at. It can be hard to give up that feeling of skill in one thing for that frustrating feeling of slow progress in a new thing, but it is oh so worth it.
